Joe Collins, president of Fireside Homes Inc., brings a wealth of more
than 30 years of home building experience. Joe is a certified journey
carpenter. He takes the time to walk each customer through the
building process from start to finish, and is always available to the
homebuyer.
Anthony Collins, field manager, is on site every day to supervise the
construction process and quality control of the home. Anthony has
been building houses with Joe since 1994. He knows that, in addition
to his knowledge and skill, communication with the client is paramount
to an enjoyable building experience.

Fireside Homes is proud to build ENERGY STAR-certified new homes.
ENERGY STAR qualified homes meet strict guidelines for energy
efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. To qualify
as an ENERGY STAR home, a home must receive an independent
third-party inspection. The homes are performance tested to verify
that the heating, cooling, and duct systems perform with maximum
efficiency.

Fireside Homes opened the doors to Idaho’s first Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified gold-rated houses in April
2007, in the Hidden Springs community. LEED is a voluntary initiative
promoting the transformation of the mainstream home building
